Spring is in the air…and so is the scent of mushrooms!

Here is a list of the most common gourmet mushrooms generally available in the Spring months. Availability depends on a number of factors including current weather conditions, harvesting location and other variations. In the greater Pacific Northwest (including Northern California), these mushrooms should be available.
